ProxiSee (Pty) Ltd is a South African start-up company focussed on the provision on location-based information using the internet of things (IOT), computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI).

We develop information systems that make use of

internet connectivity

proximity sensing (mainly Bluetooth[TM] low-energy beacons, GPS)

apps and website portals.

Projects

We are collaborating with the Cape Town Society for the Blind to improve the functionality of the proxiSee app (aimed at assisting visually impaired with indoor navigation).

We are also in the process of porting our proxiSee app to be Android-device compatible.
